About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team. This role involves editing video content, posting it across various platforms, and analyzing competitor activity to keep our content strategy competitive. The ideal candidate is organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and contribute to our growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing and Content Posting:
Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
Post content across social media channels, websites, and other platforms according to the content calendar.
Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor and analyze competitor content to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights on competitor strategies and suggest improvements to our content approach.
Keep track of industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Content Management:
Organize and maintain the content library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible and up to date.
Assist in maintaining a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and improve existing processes.
Performance Tracking:
Track and report on content performance using basic analytics tools.
Identify content that performs well and recommend adjustments based on data insights.
Provide regular updates to the team on content effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Basic experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cup Cut, VN etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and their content requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
